Wonders of nature: Seedlings

The miracle of nature begins with germination. A seed grain becomes a real powerhouse full of energy. Sprouts and germs have a density of nutrients that will never be reached again in later plant life. As holistic natural products, our sprouts contain a multitude of healthy active substances: Amino acids, antioxidants, enzymes, minerals, trace elements, vitamins and effective secondary plant substances.

Easy to digest

The most obvious change due to germination is the increasing vitamin content - vitamins contained in the grain multiply. The minerals and trace elements receive a further boost: during germination they are dissolved from chemical compounds - so-called inhibitors - and can be better absorbed by the body without these inhibitors. This makes them easier for us to use. The carbohydrates are broken down and converted. The decreasing starch makes seedlings easier to digest. The proportion of essential amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids in germinated grain is much higher. The germination increases the antioxidant potential as well as the fibre content.

Apple Fibre

gluten-free on request
The apple fibres are obtained by gentle drying and consist of soluble and insoluble dietary fibres. Soluble dietary fibres have a prebiotic effect in the body - helping the positive intestinal bacteria to develop further. Insoluble dietary fibres promote digestion in the human body. In addition, there is the popular and typical taste of apple fibre - which is excellent for biscuits, muesli or muesli bars - but also suitable for bakery products. The apple fibre's perfect ability to bind water also scores here.

Grape Seed Husk

Grapes have 2 core pieces: the seed and the skin! Both contain so-called secondary plant substances, which are only formed by plants. These active ingredients are powerful neutralizers of "free radicals" and thus strengthen the immune system and blood vessels. The radical scavengers in the grape seed are called OPC and in the shell resveratrol. 1 tablespoon grape seed flour per day is recommended.
